Every call begins with a $75 service call fee that covers travel and the initial onsite assessment. If we proceed with work, the $75 is credited toward your final invoice. Small jobs are typically completed during the visit and paid on completion. Larger projects receive a written estimate before work begins.

What We Don't Do
We refer specialty work to qualified licensed contractors: structural framing, HVAC systems, gas line installation, electrical panel work, alarm systems, full plumbing rough-in, and roofing. For projects requiring permits or licensed specialty trades, we'll connect you with trusted local professionals.
